Recipe For Garlic Chicken

I'm always looking for simpler ways to make foods for myself and my boyfriend. Pizza is one of our favorite shredded chicken at taco bell gluten free, but sometimes it's not in our budget to get delivery. Instead, I found a suitable alternative to pizza crust that doesn't involve making your own dough. It's Pillsbury's refrigerated pizza crust!

Proteins derived from animals are considered to be complete - they contain all the essential amino acids. Animal protein does not just mean meat. It can be found in eggs (which some call "the perfect protein"), milk and cheese. If you crave meat, but are trying to avoid fat, there are lean choices in turkey, barbecue pulled chicken and fish. When fat isn't a concern, there is a lot of protein in beef, lamb and pork, but these should be eaten sparingly. Plant proteins are also an option. They are incomplete, as stated above, but also low in fat and calories. If you are concerned because you have food allergies or may potentially have them, be careful when adding new foods to your diet.



The menu is covered with delicious options like empanadas, flautas, tacos, burritos and salads (shredded chicken, ground beef, shredded beef, vegetarian, carnitas, grilled steak, grilled chicken, tilapia, or chorizo; $8.95, shrimp or crispy grouper; $9.95). You can also purchase side orders of chips and salsa, guacamole or queso ($1.95-$7.95). If you're looking for something a little different, there are also crab sliders ($9.95), tortilla soup ($4.95), Jamaican mussels ($9.95) and Caribbean wings ($8.95) among many others.

Serve a grilled and raw veggie platter with several dips. Try some new vegetables you might not have thought about grilling such as carrots, endive spears, cherry tomatoes, broccoli spear slices, or summer squash slices. Toss the vegetables with a marinade of olive oil, citrus juice, garlic, and herbs for at least an hour before grilling. Use bottled Italian salad dressing if you're in a hurry.

For a quick chicken salad sandwich, take some leftover cooked chicken and shred it, pulling it apart by hand. Chop the shreds into even smaller pieces with a sharp knife. Put the chicken into a small bowl and add a little mayonnaise and a few drops of pickle juice, and maybe some diced celery. Mix well and spread on bread, buns or rolls.

The BBQ pulled chicken arrives on a dry bun (and we mean dry) with a side of coleslaw. If you ask nicely, you might be able to swing an extra BBQ sauce. The barbecue chicken is tangy and flavorful. The bun it sits on, however, could stand some improvement, namely, moisture.

No. 5: Highlights of The Crab Shack on Tybee Island menu: Desserts. Save room for their key lime pie (a classic Southern dessert) or their turtle cheesecake. I recently had their Georgia pecan pie which was gooey and nutty.

I like to snake on healthy snacks throughout the day as-well. This can range from nuts, peanut butter, raisins and cottage cheese. These are all good for you and will be good to add into your diet.
